DANCE FITNESS CLASSES

If you're looking into working out and having fun while doing it, join our weekly dance and fitness classes! The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost your cardio endurance. The challenge of adding resistance by using light weights helps you focus on specific muscle groups such as arm, core, and lower body. Many of the dance steps used in the routines emphasize the hips and midsection to help strengthen the core.

Looking for something more challenging? 

Join the High intensity interval training sessions. Commonly called HIIT workouts. This type of training involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. In this type of training, we use body weight, resistance bands, free weights, or medicine balls.
